Shipping Policy

  • Please check item descriptions for individual shipping costs.

  • Any shipping costs or free shipping are only to metropolitan areas, additional costs may apply for shipping to non-metropolitan areas and in certain countries. Free shipping or shipping that is included in the price is not a guarantee that we can ship your item to you. If you live outside of standard shipping charge areas, as determined by us, we may request that you pay additional shipping fees. 

  • Customs duties and any associated charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please provide any special shipping requirements to us before your item is shipped. 

  • Customers may have rights under Australian Consumer Laws. 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to return an item please contact us using the contact page and we will do our best to understand your situation and assist you. 

  • The items in the store are made to order, hence there are no returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • There are no returns or exchanges for engraved or customised items, for change of mind. These items have been made for you and you only. 

  • All jewellery items are slightly different and are not all precisely identical, it is understood that there are minor differences from piece to piece which cannot be avoided with handmade jewellery. 

  • In the event that we agree to embark upon the process of a return with you, you must follow our instructions, as well as:

    • Securely ship the item back to us with tracking information. Shipping and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. ​

    • Allow us time to inspect the item to ensure that it is the correct item and that it has not been damaged. 

  • Customers may have rights under Australian Consumer Laws. ​
